Easy as 1, 2, 3: Simply create your order, send in drop off your media, and we’ll digitize your memories using our state-of-the-art equipment. You’ll receive your digital memories in 3 - 4 weeks.
1. Create Your Order

After you’ve gathered your media, create your order and personalize your DVDs with custom titles, themes, and music online or at your local . With USB output, you'll choose a name for your files.

You can choose between 2 delivery options: Pick up at or Mail My Order. or Mail My Order *.

2. Send Your Media
There are 2 ways to send your media:
Drop-off at
Bring your media and order confirmation printout (if you created your order online) to
Mail My Order
Package your media in a shipping box along with your Shipping Document printout. Affix the UPS prepaid label, and drop off at your nearest UPS location. location or package and ship your media directly to us using the shipper of your choice.

3. Receive Your Digital Memories
Depending on how you submitted your original media, there are 2 ways to get your order:
Pick up at
If you dropped off your media at Walmart , we will notify you when your order is ready for pick up.
Mail My Order
If you sent your media directly to us, you'll be notified when your order is on its way back to you. If you sent your media directly to us, you'll be notified when your order is on its way back to you. You will be notified when your order is on its way back to you.
Every order can be accessed online for 60 days with MemoryCloud, where you can:
Download your videos and images to your computer, order additional copies on DVD or USB, or save your digital memories to Google Photos (storage quota applies).

As soon as we receive your package, all original media is tagged with a barcode and tracked throughout the entire process.
