The Pre-Paid UPS Label option includes a prepaid UPS shipping label to send your original media to YesVideo for processing. The Return Shipping is the cost of shipping the order back to you.

No, we ship using UPS Ground service, and UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APOs, or FPOs. We will validate your shipping address using the UPS system, which will only accept shipments to a valid street address.

After you ship your order to YesVideo for processing, please allow at least 5-7 business days for your order to arrive at our production facility.

After you receive an email confirmation that we have mailed your order back to you, please also allow at least 5-7 business days for your order to arrive at your shipping address.
